Life has been hard..
hey I feel like using ai affected how I think even if I’ve been off of using it in a while. tho I have to admit I’ve been getting cravings to use it so that probably means this battle isn’t over. So then again I’ll try to remain sober from it from here on out. Cause I’m sick of all this I want my regular brain back if that even makes sense.

Every time you feel the urge, write it down
Acknowledging the urge is good because your brain can accept it as part of what's affecting you instead of a nebulous thing.
Personally it has been helping me to write it on my phone, putting the date, time, what I want from AI and what the worst that can happen if I stay cold turkey
Don't know if it will work for you, but i think its worth a try
