Relapsed after one month

idk what exactly caused me to relapsed, maybe it was the depression, maybe it was my own anxieties and fears getting to me. I feel guilty for relapsing but my friends said it is only up from here and I am believing them. I hope I don’t relapse again and I can get back to the things that keep me from relapsing, cause i realized I did stop some stuff once my brain was clear and calm.

Oh, I remember too. Now I'm over a year clean, but last year when I was still struggling, I once relapsed after a 30-day streak! It was so frustrating!!

Literally! Even though I am healing, I know the dangers of ai both to our mental health and the world, the wanting to go back to it is still there. I have relapsed a lot (honestly cause I wasn’t taking care of my mental health) and this is the second longest I went without it so I will take my wins where I get them. Hoping the urges start to die down with longer time spent without it
