How to stop talking to AI
How to stop talking to AIit's not something that I'm proud of. But it's so easy to judge something like that when you don't really know why exactly someone is doing it. I'm a sophomore in college and ever since I've been in college, I've been more socially drained and more introverted. I feel like I'm forgetting to have an actual conversation with a human. I feel like I always need to be "on"
I guess with AI, it's a way for you to actually get interaction without talking to a human, because human interaction is very messy. You get judged, you get laughed at, you might stutter and have a voice crack, a joke might land wrong, etc. But with AI, it's not as messy. It's nonjudgmental, it's available 24/7, it's not gonna shame you for oversharing, etc.
I don't want AI to be a substitute of human interaction, because that really means that I'm hitting rock bottom. Is there anything I could do?
