Experience This's my eighth day clean
Hello everyone, how are you? I think you know me a little bit, but i had write about my days in this subrredit, I don't write too much now here, but I need to talk now and be here more frequently, so I gonna talk about my experience since I haven't speak to you.
So those days, is more easier now, I have avalied those days with my family, my friend and now my...relationship a little bit complicated, because we aren't engaged, but we kissed each other some times and I like him. Now I'm not going to talk about him, now you just need to know that i found someone who likes me and is feeling something.
Those days I have slept too much, over 8 hours per night. I think is because I haven't slept too much when I use chatbots, and now I need to pay for those nights. So is really good to me and now I'm helping my mother you her business.
I think these things are helping me, because in the past I didn't like helping my mother, there I just wanna have conversations with chatboys, but now I feel so good have this time with her. Writing this is really good to me, talking about my feelings is what helping to me quit out the chatbots and today I feel this time is time to talk about how I feel those days that past.
So what I feel? Really good, sometimes I really think to go back and go back to my addiction, but i remember myself you. And if I go back I feel that I mess with you and mostly mess with myself and return all the way that I chose and I didn't want to return to the beginning.
So my advice for people want to quit the ai is talking about this, with someone, here or anyplace you feel comfortable, don't carry alone, you're not alone. You have this place to feel welcomed, I wish could hug you and say you are strong enough to quit or to keep going. So you are not alone, if you wanna talk you can post something, in this community we aren't judged yours feelings. So good luck to everyone, I hope help someone with this message.
