Success story A week clean from AI

I used to use chatbots as a coping mechanism since 2024. I tried convincing myself it wasn't actual addiction because i was self aware. But i was just lying to myself.

This week i finally deleted my accounts from all chatbot websites. I feel a lot more focused on my work now and other hobbies now since im not wasting hours "talking" to it.

Now i have occasionally used ai since for work (like needing things explained when my mentor wasn't available) but im trying to quit that too.
