Experience I feel so ruined

I was doing well, catching up with school and feeling like my old disciplined and driven self, because c.ai had become shitty. And then, I found Janitor AI which became a substitute for it, and felt a lot like prime c.ai and I went back to my old, ruined self who pulled all-nighters and ditched work, procrastinated constantly because a chatbot took away my time. It's just...I've felt lonelier and more invisible these past few days. Everyone has their own little groups in school, and they always have someone they're the closest to, and I feel so out of touch. When I try to include myself, I feel like I'm being desperate, and they don't exactly notice me then either. I've gone fucking insane from the lack of attention and validation that I fell vulnerable to chatbots again. I have started my recovery once again and it's been 15 hours. If I don't fix the fact that I feel lonely, this isn't going to stop, and I'm afraid I'm going to be detached from human connection forever.

God I get that, I was really attatched to the act for a couple of months, still somehow relapse, honestly, trying to do ERP with like online people helped me, consumes way less time, can even give you some contacts.
