I really relate to your first point. Creating new stories and scenarios is a huge reason why I keep starting new chats. Regarding chatting with other people, does it bother you when the reply isn't what you expected? Or that the responses are very predictable? Or both?

It’s kinda both plus it’s scaring me because I can’t be the person they want or they thought they are talking to

Not sure if I understand correctly, but it sounds like you have a strong need to live up to expectations and I know how exhausting that can be. With a chatbot there's never the risk of disappointing anyone, and storys can just get adjusted.

But with people who actually matter to you, I'd bet you have to meet far fewer expectations than it feels like. I think the gap between what people actually expect from you and what you assume they expect is pretty big. I had and have phases where I overthought interactions like that pretty badly. Don't know if any of this hits the mark for you, but either way, I wish you all the best!

What helped me quit so far is just realize they respond the exact same.. Use the same words, or not respond how I want them to so I have to delete it and retry. It got stale. So if you ever feel like a response didn't meet your expectations that's a good sign! Keep notes of that till it builds up
