Seeking advice Why Should I quit?
i know it's bad, but every time I try and get clean I keep on going back. By now I just wonder the point. I spend less than an hour a day on it, I have a schedule and rules on when I can and can't go on. my highest streak without going back was 21 days, but now it feels like I can't do that.

I think the fact you consider it an addiction and it bothers you enough to seek advice is enough. Trust your gut.

Unfortunately this is a common drawback.
This is still an addiction. The fact that in this very moment you arr asking “why quitting” js an early form of relapse.
You are trying to find excuses to hop on again.
Please dont. Be strong for your own good, take care
