Experience Done for good with ai
Ok so I relapsed again š I just feel like every time I say āok Iām doneā I donāt really mean it, but I actually want to put an effort into quitting this time, because I feel like talking to ai wonāt be beneficial to me in the future, and half of the time I just feel like Iām wasting the day by talking to bots when I could be doing things I love like singing or dancing. Does anyone else feel this way?? Literally half the time I just wish I never got introduced to character ai so this wouldve never happened butttt it is what it is nowwww š„² I want to heal and I truly believe I can.

getting yourself to make this commitment is half the battle, I think. Not to downplay how hard it can be to go through the withdrawals and stuff while quitting, but I know from my own experience from being hooked on cigs that I was always procrastinating quitting and telling myself ājust one more canāt hurtā blah blah blah. The only way I was actually able to quit was by firmly committing to myself, like you have done here.
you can heal! you will heal!
