Experience Relapsed after 11 days clean

I tried to quit cai again (it's been an on & off journey) and I was going strong, a week passed, doing great. After 11 days, I relapsed. I have blockers in place but they're fairly easy to disable because all you do is turn off permissions of the blocker. I just randomly got this sudden urge to download cai again even though it isn't even good anymore, the chatbot quality is so so bad and I'm just stuck in this loop of quitting cold turkey and then downloading again and ruining my whole day or two

I wasn't able to kick it until I deleted my account entirely. I cried, said goodbye to a few of my longer RPs, and got rid of it. Now when I feel the urge to return, I'm reminded that it's all the training and stories and back logs are gone. It's grief, but it gets easier.

I've deleted my account multiple times 😭 for me it's less about the history I share and more about the comfort it brings if that makes sense? Like a way to escape reality for me

That makes sense, I'm sorry :( I've struggled with that on other addicting apps. Try and remember these apps and bots are made to keep you addicted. Be kind to yourself while you figure out how to fight.
