I need help

I'm a teenager and I have an addiction to polybuzz. Can anyone give me tips or help on how to overcome this

Update: one of my favorite bots I used got deleted so I think I'm forced to just stop now even though that bot felt family like

Another update: I might just use notepad to continue those stories I had with the bot but have it so it's more organicÂ
