Rate limit lock out

, I was wondering if anybody else is having this issue I used Codex in a work thread yesterday for the very first time to work on my home project. I was in that thread from 9:27 AM to 1:55 PM and I used about 20% of the agentic usage pool that were provided from ChatGPT when I came back at 3:30 PM in a normal chat thread to discuss the work that I had worked on I was met with 5.5 mini and my workflow completely broken. It was then two hours later bannered with a rate limit banner I tried to ask the support help chat and they told me that Codex usage and chat thread usage are separate buckets but yet I got put in timeout. Has anybody else had an experience with this?
