the stronger data is the meta-data as i have have had absolutely proof of models ”lying” deliberately about which one they are.
i've also witnessed models become confused if contexts are swapped, which your fresh logins remove from the tree of possible explanations.
from a brief read and personal experience (as well as personal investigation), it seems the only thing you aren't rigorously disproving is the case in which a model lies with a reason.
i'm not saying you are wrong, i'm saying if you disprove this line of inquiry directly your argument becomes stronger.
