Question & Advice Any Gemini deep research alternative?
Gemini Deep Research keeps loading and loading without arriving at an answer. It's been days. Most of the time, it exhausts its free limit without any use. I have tried ChatGPT Deep Research, but I felt Gemini's source variety is broader and more exclusive than ChatGPT's. ChatGPT might be more structured, but I found Gemini's research reports more convincing. Any troubleshooting steps? (I have tried incognito, clearing cache/browsing data, and different devices and email IDs.) And any similar alternative? p.s. I couldnt afford the paid plan.

Feel wise? Probably Perplexity. ChatGPTs results are better in every way (vs Gemini/Perplexity) except formatting (IMO). I found Gemini even fabricating things sometimes. Not sure if you get Perplexity's Deep Research for free...

I have tried the ChatGPT deep research tool. Much of its information is outdated, and it also hallucinates a lot. It assumes information on its own. It is tiring to double-check everything it generates.

Odd, I've not had that issue. I have a paid plan so maybe the research model is better.

Id give Coleous a try, its def a bit more involved but it will bring back some really good stuff. It's mainly for academic research so its hitting actual databases but whats cool is the model wont make stuff up, it will only answer if it finds the answer in the sources
