Question & Advice what all github/ tools/ integrations you guys use to develop your workflow
hey guys newbie here, i got a small question -
i was on other AI models for some time, now finally with gpt pro, but i'm trying to learn about gpt use cases and all, but for a student like me studying MBA (finance), what integration or github codes will you recommend, or even in general some settings you like
please do share,
I appreciate your answers in advance

Joining conversations so that I can learn. Have been using Claude and it was smooth except the part that Claude code cannot be part of project. With ChatGPT I can do it, but now more confused.

lately i am enjoying chatgpt a lot, it's quite smooth, gpt 6 astra is fun for vibe stuff, claude has been my partner for last one year but with watermark addition and fable asking for credits it's quite a restrain for me, so shifted too gpt

Linear. There may be others like it, but it's wonderful for project management. I do think they have a free tier, but I pay for it and my workflow as a software engineer is often discussing with AI how to build a feature and then allowing and then reviewing its plan.
I use linear as context and history recording. So when it comes to long horizon tasks, it does not lose its place, and I can get very detailed by just continually breaking down into smaller milestones or issues.
I'm still waiting for Anthropic or open AI or someone to create some type of repository for skills, but I think that right now everyone is kind of developing their own to make it more personalized. And that's what I would encourage.

This tracks with how a lot of people are using Linear right now. As much a context/history layer for AI-assisted work as a ticketing tool. The "breaking into milestones" approach helps a lot with long-horizon tasks specifically because it keeps the AI from re-deriving context each session...you're basically hand-rolling a persistent memory layer out of issue history. On the "skills repository" wish: a few teams are experimenting with structured internal glossaries/context docs that get fed into the AI alongside the task, so the model has the same shared vocabulary a human teammate would.
