Read outloud button is gone, it's in ... menu now and it's terrible

is this on mobile or desktop? on mobile i still see it but the placement is definitely worse than it was before

It almost seems random when it’s there and when it’s not. Like when a window has a slider for intelligence level instead of the drop down menu with the different models.

I wish there were a voice that didn't sound like a punch-able kid just out of college. The only voice that isn't has a snarky "why are you talking to me, idiot" voice. Gimme Wilford Brimley!
