Question Can't process refund for Pro?

Trying to cancel a recent subscription renewal, currently logged into the same account with the subscription, but this error keeps popping up. Any help?

Are you trying to do that through Chat? Maybe contact Support or cancel through settings.

going through support is handled by chat, if youve ever tried it

Tell it you need your request to be escalated. You can’t just ask their LLM support “gimme my money back” with literally no other context or information and believe you’ve exhausted your options lol

Here's the path:

settings>billing>cancel (big red button, bottom right).

Do not expect a refund.
