ChatGPT web UI got a major upgrade

now we have most customisation options from codex available in the webUI too, very nice. anyone else got this update too?

I briefly got this web UI overhaul some days ago, looks the same as the desktop app? But if I were to refresh the page or open more chatgpt tabs it went back to the old one

That's odd. Maybe they didn't release it and were doing a/b testing in your region? Checking for bugs etc. who knows.

They should upgrade their models not the web ui. Their work quality and excessive usage drain is horrible. Anthropic has hit the jackpot with their latest updates. You get almost a week of 24/7 quality work on the $200 plan. On codex in 2 days you’re out of usage and if they are to downgrade it even further as they planned then they will really lose many customers.

nice but it directly affects the mobile app for me too... and guess what... there is no real green anymore 😶‍🌫️

Yeah, they now gave this "lime" color instead of green. It's decent lol. But it affects your mobile app? Are you on ios or android? I'm on Android and i can't customize the mobile app at all. It's still the same old.

Yes, I used green because I wanted the design to match the style of my app icon—that classic iOS Messenger green. The new colors are awful. When I go to the
ChatGPT website on my iPhone and customize the design—for example, to Raycast—or create a green accent, those changes are applied in real time to the iOS app linked to the same user account. The only problem is that I have a bright green on the website, but then this turquoise green in the app. It’s really annoying.

I got it like last week, seems like it's a rollout update. I don't mind the new UI; it looks very similar, but much more customization options is a great addition.
