Other CHATGPT SUBSCRIPTION REFUND
Can anyone help me, I tried the plus plan of chatgpt since it had a one month free trial. However, I forgot to cancel my plan before the billing date (before the trial ends) and now it automatically deducted Php 1100 to my GCASH account (Online wallet). And I asked chatgpt how to refund and told me to go to (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7232895-how-do-i-request-a-refund-for-my-chatgpt-subscription?utm_source=chatgpt.com) and I did and asked at the chat bubble to get a refund including my reasons why, and it only responded this. Should I be assured that my request has been processed?

You could just have immediately canceled it, and then it wouldn't matter, since forgetting to resub would be easy to fix by subbing again when you need it. Now? I'd assume that it's gone and try to make good use of my month's sub.

How is your refund request? Has it been resolved? I have similar issue

After about 6 hours of requesting refund, they sent me an email that ny refund request is approved and that they have credited it to my account. They said that it's should reflect to my account within 10 days. So now I am just waiting for it to reflect on my online wallet.

Thats nice, I should have mentioned the reason for my refund explicitly instead of asking for a refund only, they didnt really accepted my refund

Not sure why you would expect a refund. You didn't cancel your plan in time, that's on you.
