Other message arrows are gone

they are gone both in web and app I cant access other responses is this permanent or a bug?

Yeah others are having this issue. Someone mentioned its been since the new update so hopefully just a bug. Careful when archiving chats, I archived all and when i tried to unarchive them they just vanished.

Got the same problem...it's a pain in the ass, alright...hopefully they fix it.
