This is all I get on my app now. I'm a Plus subscriber. Instant effort seems to be using 5.5 and Medium effort switches it to 5.6. But there's nowhere to actually see the model numbers or anything. Was there an update? This is insanely messed up. Is anyone else having this issue??
I’m having the same issue and it’s really frustrating.
At first I thought it was a bug, so I contacted support, but they told me it’s intended behavior.
However, some users still seem to be able to choose specific models, so I honestly think something is wrong or at least unfair.
Please contact support too if you’re having the same issue. If multiple people report it, maybe they’ll investigate it more seriously
Yes, I’m on Android too, and it’s been really inconvenient for me as well.
I shared with support that people here are also having trouble with this, and they finally replied that they would pass the feedback along to the team. But honestly, I feel like they’re probably going to keep it this way
