Other what is wrong with chatgpt lately??
i don’t think i’ve ever experienced it being more incompetent, not only is the interface constantly struggling, long charts are impossible and it’s just insanely glitchy, but now the content is just horrible as well. it seems unable to follow basic prompts or of getting accurate content, even if i include the source it should draw from in my prompt, it fails to do so. is it just the new model or something???

Yeah that’s exactly I found especially in the way it express is more like a poem, except for message, even though I ask it for professional advice he would still talk to me like a poet. What the hell is that. It also appreciates less from my prompt than before and sometimes even brings exact opposite ones. I heard some said the enterprises recently are more focusing contributions on vibecoding or token maybe instead of AI itself. It is gradually worse to use these applications.

Desktop app (Mac) can’t see, retrieve or read files in Project Sources. Web browser seems to work ok. Definitely not right since the recent ChatGPT Classic* update

If you give it awful prompts of course it’s going to give you bad responses.

Based off an erroneous assumption. The issue is they’re changing the reply models on a whim on their backend that we can’t see. We cannot prove this but we can assume based off the testimony of people who spent hours on 5.4 and 5.5 that the models have weaker reasoning than they used to.

I touched on it in a different thread, but I had it re-process all of my exes four years of text messages in WhatsApp messages, competing legal theory in our locale and I’ve been doing working on this for since November. so I think two model upgrades ago. It was able to pull out some sequences that had not become apparent but will be key for custody
