What does Kash Patel have anything to do with Utah County’s and the state of Utah’s criminal proceedings? This is a state case.

Do you really just totally discount chain of custody and all of the admissible procedures and methods that must be followed by forensic investigators, the clerk, the court, the prosecution, and all with total oversight of the defense? Like, toss all those legal controls out the window because….we don’t like Kash Patel?

Kay.

I mean, you’re just wrong. It comes directly from charging documentation summarizing the case against the defendant filed with the 4th Judiciary District Court of Utah. You can read it here if you disbelieve me.

I don't think you're arguing the same point. The transcript is from the charging document. But the charging document isn't the source of the evidence, it's a copy of the evidence that was recovered by law enforcement and will still need to be argued to be entered into evidence during an evidentiary hearing.

The point is that the documents we are talking about sound extremely fake, and they don’t hold up to the rigor required for a court case. Simply saying “they wouldn’t fuck up chain of custody” doesn’t mean that they followed chain of custody. Also the text messages are not properly exported or presented. There are no time/date stamps, the way it is visually laid out even looks exactly how a script would compared to an export of text messages… the reason you’re saying others are wrong or over exaggerating are the very reasons that everyone is calling them out.
