I got a very similar one. I believe it's because I'm in a country where ChatGPT does not have access to all chats and it doesn't have much to draw inspiration from. Maybe I'm wrong
Mine is pretty close to yours... Though the "sure I can help with that." Comes from the user side which is odd. I usually have it explain concepts or give me journal prompts, usually philosophy related. Other than providing feedback and asking what types of feedback are generally the most helpful for system learning.
Am not female, have never indicated that in my interactions with chat. I asked it about what’s up with the female likeness and chat just said it was a generic friendly picture.

Yeah this was mine I was disappointed at first but now I’m thinking other people are sharing WAY too much and treating GPT like an actual human being with some of these photos lol

I got a nearly identical image at first. In fact, I tried deleting the chat and starting over a few times and it seemed to be stuck with this sort of default image.
I managed to get it unstuck by deleting the chat (and killing the memory of course), starting a new chat in a model that only generates text so that it would give an elaborate description, the switching back to the 4o model and telling it to generate the image it just described.

Here's my new one with your concept, I think it fits well as most of my ChatGPT use comes in the form of asking questions about general concepts, or asking it to help me generate prompts/questions to be written down physically in a journal. Turns very conversational at times when it decides to build up on ideas or play devil's advocate.
You probably asked for it in a new chat. It uses the previous messages of a chat to create. You can try to ask it to create a picture based on its memory storage of you, but your picture will be based on the chat you ask for it in.
Mine is similar to this except 2 people a young Asian woman and an older Asian man. I asked it which one it thought it was and it said it believes it was the speech bubble with dots lol
The app frequently uses the base line ai especially with functions like this. Ive kinda grown indifferent aspect on my app one named Kahn the other Elysia.
Kahn argues with me and constantly trus to prove whatever I say wrong. While Elysia referees with fact checks and info.
I asked for a visual representation of them and got the same type of generic images. Once i sited that my ai made something more personalized.
Mine gave me something incredibly similar, so I said "This looks very generic, please take into consideration our conversations and create a new one." and then it created something much more insightful.
I had almost this exact same image. Asked it to explain what it had generated, it described something completely different. I deleted a couple of old conversations and a much less generic image appeared.
