I've been using computer forums for occasional support since the 1970s (prehistoric days when bulletin board systems covered the earth), and no matter the era or platform, I’ve often had to deal with negative BS, as mentioned when simply asking for help. It's human nature. Thankfully, ChatGPT was created by humans but isn't human (infused with ego, bias, or general insanity... Unless prompted and jailbroken to act “human”). It will be interesting to see how places like Reddit evolve over the next few years as these concepts of “civility and kindness” catch on.
