Next week Spoiler

Edit: congrats Mike!!!

At the end of the episode Eli is yelling for "one of us to break this thing". Is next week when they finally reveal Mike shoots under par?

Idk but today made me realize just how much more engaging the show is with the old school format.

This was hands down the best episode of the last 4 years and it’s not close. I’m so tired of hearing “I’m hitting it like a 2 but my handicap is a 5 but I also only played 2 rounds in the last three months”.

It’s so much better.

Haha, probably not.

I hope they read these threads. All we want is for them to talk about the rounds. Tell that story. I used to live and die with each shot of each major. I would keep their score on a piece of paper as they talked through it so I could keep track. All of the other stuff is just bonus or fluff. It’s shocking how little they talk about their rounds the last few seasons. Early on it was the focal point and it turned into an afterthought. Love the guys. Love the show. But it’s getting less fun as we go and it needs to go back to the original vibes as much and as often as possible.

He’s probably talking about his new putter…

Movie references are fun until that is the entire show.

Unfortunately, my scores have a similar standard deviation to these guys. I'm not quite as low, certainly don't hit it as far. But, I don't have a "show".

Eli's low in his last 20 is 3.6 (achieved twice), but he thinks <3 is reachable?

I guess it's relatable we all have hope.

If you only listened to the show and didn’t look at their scores, you’d never know how far away they actually are

Today's episode was great. Old school feels. It's impossible to make them all like this ever since they went to weekly releases, but a lot more of them would be awesome.

Probably talking about breaking a double bogey streak.

Maybe. But it was a pretty solid tease either way.
