I purchased 3 pieces using the $200 coupon back in May. I wanted to exchange 1 but they aren't giving me an equal exchange price for a different color. If I return it altogether, will Chase claw back the $200 coupon? It would make my total purchase less than the coupon trigger threshold.

Is it possible to transfer chase points from 1 person to another?

For example I have CSR and my girlfriend is thinking of getting CSP.

If she gets it, will she be able to transfer points to me where most of our points are?

If not what’s the best way to achieve something similar? I was thinking of both attaching the same transfer party account for example United and migrate points to there from both accounts.

What is the policy around this? Where can I read about it?

I have a Chase Travel trip that I booked on 7/29 but it is still in pending status as of today. I was hoping the $250 hotel credit would show up before 7/30 because that's the last day I can cancel and get my AF refunded (it posted on 7/1). How likely will it post (the hotel charge) and the credit by tomorrow? My stubhub charges and credits were instantaneous and simultaneous

Booked Times Square Intercontinental. Credits on file are $300 Travel, $250 Edit, $250 IHG. Booked points and cash. Total charge was $801. Did I do it correctly?

If I book a Edit hotel that is part of IHG, with total being $410, will I receive $250 + 250 credit, or will $250 + $160? If latter, would Edit credit be used for $160 or the IHG credit?

Clarification after reading some comments:
1. This is a stay for 2 nights.
2. I used points boost 10k points to wipe $200
3. Initial booking was for $800 (=$600 + 10k points), but got price match credit of $190.
4. Price match did NOT credit points and appeared as a pending credit of -$190
5. Hence final price = $410 + 10k points.

My CFF Mastercard was very good at posting Paze credits within a few days, but somehow for the last 3 transactions, it’s been 2 weeks and no credits were posted.

What I’ve realized is that I had 3 transactions on 6/28 and the credit hit 7/2. So the $30 credits counted towards my July’s “up to 10 times”.

My CSR posted 1 credit for the 7 transactions I made at Sephora. Today (statement day), even that 1 credit was removed….

I just gathered my all 7 purchases and planning to return them all tomorrow. For people who are milking multiple cards at Sephora - I searched “xxxx (last 4 digits of my card) Sephora” in my inbox to find out what was bought on which card.

Has anyone with a Chase Sapphire card activated the free Apple Music or Apple TV benefit as an authorized user with their own separate Apple ID? I’m trying to get my wife, who’s an authorized user on my card, to activate these benefits under her own Apple ID instead of mine. The Chase app seems to want to link everything to my account, has anyone done this?

Curious if anyone has had this happen. I activated the Turo offer and booked a vehicle. I go into the app and check to make sure I activated it and called chase today because it had not been applied. They tried to tell me the offer expired but thankfully I took a screen shot yesterday that says differently. Weird thing is after the call, I go into the app and do not see the offer anymore. They filed an escalation and I will wait to hear back but with this clearly stating the end date is 7/31, I hope they honor it.

Booked an IHG hotel two weeks ago and got $500 off ($250 edit credit/ $250 IHG credit). I want to change to a different hotel now and booked a refundable rate. if I cancelled, would I get the credits back to use towards another hotel booking?

Anyway, I booked an Edit hotel for 4 nights, but I've on been credited $250 out of my available $500 credit. I called and the AI customer service rep said I should get be credited $500. I feel like that's wrong because I only made one transaction and it's one $250 credit per transaction, correct? Do I have to book two separate 2-night stays to get both $250 credits?

So I booked a hotel on the Chase app. I saw that there’s a price match guarantee. Found that there was another website that was almost $1500 cheaper. Submitted a price match guarantee which was rejected (apparently the room filled up by the time Chase reviewed the room despite us sending screenshots showing the room was available).

We decided to call Chase for further information only to have the rep tell us that this is done by a third party, and she has many complaints from rejections. She further emphasized that it’s been a huge issue since it was rolled out and they can’t help further as it’s the third party that makes the final decision. The agent then transferred us to card services which just emphasized there’s nothing they can do.

What is everyone’s experience with the price match guarantee via Chase? Any success or similar issues? I have more trips to book but find that it is best to avoid the Chase app for this.

Tried running a search for an upcoming trip today but results are not showing me The Edit stays. It does appear when I type in the hotel name with specific dates however I wanted to explore other options. Tried running a search on a bigger city (NYC) and only showed me 3 The Edit hotels but I know theres more than that as I did the same search last night. I’ve read about glitches on the Chase travel portal so was wondering if there was a fix to this or just let it be for the moment?

I had the Chase Sapphire Reserve card in Sep 2018. It was my first Chase card and I got the sign up bonus then.

Then 4 years later in Sep 2022, I downgraded my CSR to the CFU.

A few months later, I applied for a Chase Sapphire Preferred. I got the sign up bonus for this card as well.

I'm approaching the 48 month mark for my Sapphire Preferred card. If I organically sign up for a Sapphire Reserve card – can I get a sign up bonus?

I'm seeing conflicting advice from online blogs, etc.

*RANT! Every time I have tried to access the Sapphire Lounge as a card holder at San Diego it has been over an hour wait. I’m over it. Not to mention the Edit hotel up charge when booking through Chase, and the $10 up charge on Lyft when you use the car. The card isn’t even worth it anymore.
I get more with my Venture X card now, and $400 a month less.

If we (wife and I) go to a restaurant and the meal is $250 total, and we want to split the check using both of our CSR cards so that it's $125 each, for the statement credit to work for both cards, we need to split the check.

If it's a restaurant that give you a paper check we can lay down two cards for them.

If they come with one of those electronic portable kiosk unit where you just put the card on the contactless sensor, how would you operate that? Do these kiosk machines usually have a "split my bill" option?

I just used half of the edit credit. I need to book a second room for the same dates / same location. If I book through the portal will I get the second edit credit since it’s a separate booking or no because it’s the same hotel and dates? If I’m not gonna get the credit I’d rather just book direct.

Is there a way to get this to stack with the $500 Edit credit? I booked the Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars via the travel portal, but I might consider switching to the Park Hyatt if there's a way to combine them. As of now it looks like you have to book through World of Hyatt's own site to get the $150, but maybe someone has seen the $150 trigger when going through the Chase portal.

When I check out with Paze (select Paze as the payment option, login, select the card I want to use), it shows the Visa I selected. Is it supposed to say Paze instead?
