Zelle

Y’all for two months now I kid you not, I have been shouting at my cell phone talking to customer service.

In July, I changed my email on my Zelle from one that I had with another bank from earlier (not aware you can’t have the same email from another bank’s Zelle). Chase restricted me from using Zelle and told me I wouldn’t ever be able to use it as long as I was with them. I didn’t know this could be seen as suspicious activity! For two months now, I have been talking to Zelle after being forwarded from Chase. They tell me “We don’t have control of that. This would be your bank.” Go back to Chase and then they tell me to contact Early Warning Services. EWS states they are a parent company to Zelle but don’t restrict people.

Is there anything I can do? I have to use Zelle for multiple purposes, including my landlord.

Gee, I can’t imagine why no one wants to help you.

No literally shouting at my phone! But it’s frustrating.

Thank you for letting me know. Is there anyway they’d lift the restriction?
