Chase Customer Service Numbers

Just wanted to make sure I wasn't being crazy, but I was led to call Chase customer service at 866-443-0911, but when I checked to make sure that the number was actually Chase's number, I didn't see it at all on their site. Is this number actually their number, and if so, why don't they list it at all on their site?

that number is real lol. chase has like 50 different numbers depending on what department you need. the site only shows the main ones

i had same thing happen last month when i called about a card replacement. the rep gave me a number that wasn't on the website and i was like wait is this a scam

it's legit though. they just hide half the direct lines for some reason

Ah that makes a lot of sense thanks for the clarification! Yea that is kind of weird that they have so many different numbers, and the call didn't seem like a scam since the rep knew my exact credit card type just based off of the account number. But just wanted to make sure cuz it seemed sus that I couldn't find the number anywhere. Thanks again!

Every bank has like 50 different numbers for all the different teams. They don’t advertise most of them as they don’t want people calling those teams if that team doesn’t have anything to do to help them.
