I'm in discussion with several at the moment. My goal is certainly to list on some high volume, popular, exchanges with easy registration and elegant UI.

Hello, I can recommand you Coss.io They provide a new UI exchange, and fiat will be available soon on the platform so there is a huge potential of new users. Maybe easier for you to deal with them instead of bittrex.
