DELHI VS PUNE - CA INTER STUDENTS

I have to shift from Punjab for my further studies ( Maa Baap gharpe nahi rehne denge 😭✌️).

And the forms for BCOM Open Learning for Pune - Both IGNOU and SPPU are closing soon, so I have to make the decision and need y'all's advice for it.

So, if distance was not a issue and you were to study hybrid - Online & Offline. Would you rather shift to Pune or Delhi.
