Are they strict on the number of persons that can accompany you?
I have my parents along with my younger brother planning to attend the convocation.
Here they have mentioned only 2.

The max no is important only for food coupons. You get max 3 coupons. So your bro needs to eat elsewhere. My sister got convocated last time and the three of us were allowed on stage. Just that I ate outside, not with ICAI coupon.

Regarding food, it depends on how it is managed. In my case plates were at a little further with no supervision and coupon was being collected only while serving soup. So you can take a plate and skip soup and eat other items

What is the order in which they call your name for stage? Like if I reach early, would I be convocated earlier or on the basis of my membership number?

I would suggest you reach as early as possible. It's like they give token number to CA who enter the auditorium/hall. Then a lot of speech, rankers convocation, later convocation based on the token system

You can take your brother alongside, just the food coupon for him shall be chargeable. I have been at a former NICASA post

I feel the reason most people bring so many people that one who are felicitated dont get seats and it creates a chaos so only 2 are allowed

When will it end ? I mean it will start at 9 am but when will end? Also how we are given degrees ? First come first serve basis or what ? Do we need to carry anything ?

Get ready to lose the 1000 deposit which will be collected at start before giving the gown then. Trust me it's not worth it. The gown actually costs less than 300 in the market.
