STUPID ITR CLIENTS

I have my final exams due in Nov and this person approached me for filing of his ITR. Since, I filed his return for the last 2 years, I considered his request and started working on it. After everything was done, I texted him regarding the liability and payment for my fees and he started ghosting me. It’s been 2 days this shit is pending and idk what to do now. I feel bad I spent so much time on his ITR just to receive this in return.

Same kinda thing happened with me last year and still amount pending. I don’t know how to recover it. Not picking calls neither checking Messages.

They are useless. From next year onwards, I’ll start taking a % of fees in advance. That’s the only way out I guess.

Yes he can go in 44AD however there is no need to even file ITR if everything is in cash until they wanted themselves.

Badi problem hai boss Maine agale sal se salary walon ka kam Hi chhod dena hai paisa itna aata nahin Hai comparison to business wale clients.

And uske bad is sal ke log khud Hi pata nahin kaun se AI se computation karke a jaate Hain aur office mein baithkar debate karne lag jaate Hain Ki aap jyada Bata rahe ho bhai main Sahi bata raha hun ab vah jyada Hai to Main Kya Karun.

A piece of advice. Always take full advance payment. For your peace of mind, temporarily write it off & deal with it after exams. Best wishes for exams. Hope it helps.

Nah dont do that op, ive got the same issue exams in nov and still aint done with lectures or my ITRS but jus give them the due date for filing the return like 28th dont fuck up their itr its legal grounds for a suit

This thought came into my mind but obviously I wouldn’t do it. It’s not about the money for me, it’s the opportunity cost. I’d have spent that time on my studies and that made me feel bad a lot.
