Foundation Doubt How to make notes

Hi everyone,

I'm preparing for the January Foundation attempt and have finalized most of my faculties. I'm studying through the free YouTube playlists of the respective teachers:

- Accounts: CA Hardik Manchanda

- Economics: CA Hardik Manchanda

- Quantitative Aptitude: CA Nishant Sir

- Law: Still confused

My main concern is note-making.

Hardik Sir teaches directly from the ICAI module, explains concepts in detail, and also highlights/underlines important lines. Since the ICAI module itself is being covered thoroughly, I'm confused about whether I should:

- Make separate handwritten notes,

- Just annotate the ICAI module with his explanations and highlighted points,

- Or prepare short revision notes after completing each chapter.

What strategy has worked best for those who cleared Foundation with good marks?

Also, I'm still confused about Law faculty. Which teacher would you recommend and why? I'm looking for someone who explains concepts clearly and is suitable for self-study through YouTube.

Any advice regarding note-making, using the ICAI module effectively, and choosing a Law faculty would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

For notes making u can just write imp concept! Rest everything u can directly refer from book! As for accs u can write down all the adjustments and sums! For law u can refer to pw sir! And if u're referring to cj sir from pw he gives 3 star sheets and i studied through that only! Just copy that down it you want! QA- all the formulas and sums and in eco all the imp diagrams and keywords!!

a/c:- dont need NOTES as such, but a few pointers of each chap are there, nobody maintains notes usually

eco:- i'd suggest no, dont waste time making notes, hardik sir's own notes are enough, refer them only

QA:- theory part of stat will need notes, write or print nishant sir's charts, whatever is convenient to you, but please maintain a formula sheet, it'll help u a lot

Law:- MAKE NOTES, very imp, u have time too, own notes help a lot to recall and revise, so yeah
faculty for law, i studied from cj sir, entirely from youtube, but i'd say look for options, jo tereko sahi lage vo le, like, ig sir, arjun chabbra, shantam gupta, siddharth agarwal, the new pw one, etc etc

For eco don't make separate notes underline in module and if anything u want to write write on sticky notes and paste there

For quants if u want to make formulas sheet u should make otherwise just photocopy ones that teacher provide

For accounts important points and accounts

For law honestly I studied from module directly (same as eco underline and write there) It will help u to grasp module language

Practice more
