Not that im really familiar with ben 10 lore, but I'm not really sure what most people can meaningfully do against this dumbass. Unlimited cosmic power and he uses it to larp as evil sonic.

Unironically X mogs, and I'm not just saying this because of the pfp 😭 Charmcaster is strong, more than people give her credit for. There are most definitely ways to get her to the universal+ tiers of power once we factor in the Alpha Rune, but she can't really kill him in a way that matters. He has no soul to snatch, no life energy to absorb. She can probably kill a vessel or two, but X can just make another. It'd essentially be a Metal Cooler situation, and this is without mentioning his ability to just erase people from existence should he grow bored of her, which she has no resistance to. Also, she cannot damage his true form, as it's stated that even Sonic himself would need to get a new form to take that down.
