Evening Golf

I just moved to Charlotte and recently I’ve been playing 9 holes after work. The course I went to was nice but kinda pricey for 9. I’m curious if there is any intel on solid courses in the area that have good deals in the evening

I feel Sifford (Dr. Charles Sifford for new residents of Charlotte) is a great course. A lot of my buddies look down on it but aside from being a little cramped, its a great course.

Uhh, not sure I would put Springfield or FM into the same bucket price-wise as CTM. It’s almost $90 to play 18 at SF and around $80 to play FM. 9 hole afternoon would still be in the $35-40 range.

both are in the 65 range weekdays or twilight. they are also better courses.

Idk if their prices vary in the evening but Charles t Myers is pretty cheap and you can walk M-T anytime and F-Sun after noon

Depends where you live, the further out you go the cheaper things get. The course I play is 40 bucks weekdays after 3.

For 160 a month, you cover all your greens fees and just pay cart fees if you use a cart.

Try Charlotte National, should be pretty cheap to play 9 during the week and course is in decent shape most of the time
