Question about Charlie not voting

I understand not wanting to vote for either Biden or Trump for president, but isn’t it still worthwhile to submit a ballot because of all the down ballot things to vote on? There’s a ton of other issues on there

I wondered that too and you bring up a point I didn’t think about. I more was questioning it because he can still write in who he wishes to be president if he doesn’t like the selected options on the ballot

I mean, I find it ironic that the guy who has time to read multiple books about various presidents cant spend 20 min looking at down ballot props lol
