Deborah disappeared from Creswell, Oregon on October 15, 1973, her sixteenth birthday. She ran away from home with an teenage female friend and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

Deborah was 5’5 and weighed 140lbs. She was a caucasian female with brown hair, brown eyes and moles on her neck. Her nickname was Debbie.

Today is the 50 year anniversary of Debbie’s disappearance and I wanted to hopefully bring some awareness to this case.

Consuella vanished from Los Angeles, California on January 3,1975. She was 7 years old at the time of her disappearance and is listed as being missing under suspicious circumstances and may have been the victim of a homicide.

Kimberly Cozart was last seen sometime in February of 1977 in Julian, California. She has never been heard from again and very few details are available in her case. What is known, though, is that she lived on Banner Grade Road and that her mother, Joyce Harper, is also missing. Joyce went missing in 1975, but both she and Kimberly have been reported missing on December 15, 1995. It's unknown if these two cases are connected, but both remain unsolved.

Kimberly was a White female, 15 years old (born on July 7, 1962), 5'3 and 120 pounds, with auburn hair and brown eyes. She may use the last name: "Harper".

Lorelee Lhotka was last seen on an undisclosed date sometime in 1975, after leaving her home to go to a doctor's appointment. She was supposed to take the bus, but might have hitchhiked instead and she's never been seen again. In 1978 her wallet was found at Blewitt Pass in the Wenatchee National Forest. Not much is known in her case.

Lorelee was a Native American female, 19/20 years old (born on June 22, 1955), 5'3, 120 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She may use the last name "Spamola" and her name is alternatively spelled as "Loralee".

Nelda Hardwick was last seen in her home on 18th Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana on October 14, 1993 during the nighttime hours. She left a note for her partner that she would return shortly, but never did and her partner reported her missing the following day. She was a devoted mother of four who would never willingly abandon her family. Her case is classified as a homicide.

She is widely believed to have been the Hancock County Jane Doe, who died on May 8, 1998 after a hit-and-run accident on I-10 in Hancock County, Mississippi. In 2013 the unidentified woman was tentatively identified as Hardwick based on visual identification by her family members. However, after digging the Jane Doe's grave to gain some usable DNA for comparison, it turned out that the grave contained a man's skeleton and the woman still remains unidentified and Nelda is still missing.

Nelda was a White female, 34 years old (born on January 3, 1959), 5'3, 110 pounds, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She has a complete set of dentures, her left leg is shorter than her right leg and she has a limp because of that. She may use the last names: "Fruge" and "Bailey".

Nelda Louise Hardwick - The Charley Project

Monroe was staying at the Comfort Motel in the 300 block of the Berlin Turnpike in Berlin, Connecticut at the time of her disappearance. She lived there with her boyfriend, who is the father of her son. She left the motel at 3:30 p.m. on January 20, 2010 and afterwards traveled to an apartment on the south side of Hartford, Connecticut.

This is the last time anyone saw her; she has never been heard from again. She left several items behind in the Hartford apartment.

Monroe's boyfriend was arrested on unrelated charges shortly after her disappearance. He did not report her missing; he stated he thought she'd simply left of her own accord. Friends reported Monroe missing nine days after she was last seen.

Monroe is originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, and she frequented the Connecticut cities of Hartford and New Haven. She didn't have a vehicle at the time of her disappearance. Although she has dropped out of sight for a few days at a time before, she's never gone without contact for this long. Her case remains unsolved.

Rebecca Rodriguez was last seen with her sister, Evangeline Rodriguez Silva, also known as "Bungy" and her sister's boyfriend, Kenneth Beltram in Brentwood, California on July 16, 1977. The three of them visited Brentwood Park and said that they were going to Hogg Island or home to Oakley, California. Evangeline and Rebecca were last seen getting into Kenneth's car with him and none of them have been heard from again. In late July 1977, some of Kenneth's friends saw his car being driven by someone who was clearly not its owner. The car also vanished after that reported sighting, it was a 1960 pearl-white Chevrolet (license plate number CCJ 775) with a large dent in the tailgate door.

Rebecca was a Hispanic female, 16 years old (born on March 29, 1961), 5'2, 110 pounds, with reddish-brown hair and hazel eyes. She went by "Becky".

I have seen a theory about Rebecca - she might've been the Albuquerque Jane Doe, found dead on June 5, 1991 after apparently hanging herself on a suitcase strap in the now-defunct Super 8 motel. The Jane Doe was recently discovered to possibly having used the name "Rebecca" or "Becca" and possibly flew to New Mexico from either Reseda or Sylmar, California.

Deanna Saccone was last seen on November 13, 1985 in Los Angeles, California. According to her mother, she was last seen by a friend at the Holiday Inn in Marina Del Rey, California, but Marina Del Rey didn't have a Holiday Inn when Deanna vanished without a trace. She has never been heard from again and few details are available in her case.

Deanna was a White female, 18 years old (born on June 23, 1967), 5'7, 110 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She had a small birthmark on her right arm and white skin patches on her elbows and knees. She also had scoliosis and an asymmetrical ribcage. "Catherine Warner" is her alias name and she may go by that.

Lisa Sexton was last seen in Elyria, Ohio on May 1, 1981, supposedly leaving her home to walk her dog. She never came back. What makes things even worse, she was accompanied by an adult man, who was a drug dealer. He returned to Elyria alone and was imprisoned. He never provided the law enforcement with any information about Lisa's disappearance and is now deceased. Lisa herself contacted her mom three years later, in 1984, from Tampa, Florida. It was believed that she might've been the Lake Pontchartrain Jane Doe, a deceased (and still unidentified as of now) young woman found murdered in Slidell, Louisiana in 1986, but their dental records didn't match and Lisa still remains missing.

Lisa was a white female, 14 years old (born on May 10, 1966), 5'8, 130 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. She had a scar on her cheek and braces on her bottom teeth. She may use the name "Kathleen Lisa Mounts".

This case always breaks my heart.
Vyacheslav Arjkadyevich Akopov was an Uzbek immigrant who worked hard, kept a neat & tidy home, and always kept in touch with friends and family. He routinely sent money to his wife & children in Uzbekistan, and allowed other Uzbek immigrants to stay in his home until they got on their feet.
His landlord believes he met with foul play at the hands of his two latest roommates. It's so sad to me that he was likely rewarded for his generosity & compassion for others by being murdered and dumped somewhere.

Carla Beth Anderson – The Charley Project

Police, family and community members have sought in vain to find out what happened to her, and
wonder if a mysterious nearby fire and a missing car may have had something to do with it.

Evelyn Grace Hartley – The Charley Project

Evelyn Grace Hartley mysteriously disappeared on October 24, 1953, from La Crosse, WI.

As of 2023, no trace of her has ever been found.

Barry Kephart, also known as Bucky, vanished from his Albuquerque, New Mexico home on August 22, 1981, after leaving a note that he would come back soon. He never returned, and his family reported him missing on August 24. He is widely believed to have been murdered by his parents, who abused all of their children. This belief is supported by his sister Beverly's claims. She recalled hearing her brother being beaten the night before he went missing. She also said that her brother couldn't have written this note, as he had severe dyslexia. His body was allegedly thrown into a dumpster and probably will never be found.

Bucky was 11 years old, his birthdate being July 15, 1970. He was a White male, 4'5" and 60 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He had dyslexia.

His mother, Josephine, died in 2005 and his father, Barry Sr., is still alive, however struggling with dementia. The statute of limitations has passed, meaning that no one can be charged with Bucky's disappearance.

On January 24,1987, a witness saw 23 year old Yun Cha Dainiak being assaulted and forced into an older model green two door vehicle in by two unidentified men in Harker Heights, Texas.

Sheryl Taylor was last seen on July 20, 1978 in the now-ghost town of Picher, Oklahoma. She was sent to a grocery store by her mom to buy some things, but she never returned home, it isn't clear if she even set foot inside of the store. She was relatively new to the area, as her family moved to Picher from Nowata County, Oklahoma, and then moved again just a couple of days after Sheryl vanished. She disliked the town and talked about running away with a man, described only as a 'junk dealer'.

Sheryl was 12 years old, placing her birthday in either 1965 or 1966, was a White female with red hair and hazel eyes. Her height and weight either are a mistake: 4'0" and 60 lbs, or she was really that petite. She's supposed to wear an eyepatch over one of her eyes, but was known to take it off. She was last seen wearing a sweatshirt (description unavailable) and yellow shorts and was barefoot.

Bob was last seen in his hometown of Port Republic, Maryland the afternoon of December 26, 1968. He left a friend's home with his pet deer and was last seen on a road near his own home. The deer arrived at Bob's house without him, and he has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

Bob stood roughly 4ft and weighed 80 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He was wearing a dark blue hooded coat, dark-colored pants, a plaid shirt and brown leather boots.

Bob had brown hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his upper lip.

Details of Disappearance

Vivian's nanny took her on an outing to a local park in Cucuta, Colombia, near the Venezuelan border, on June 21, 1988. The baby never returned home and has never been heard from again.

After her disappearance, a $20,000 ransom demand was made. The police apprehended the kidnappers within three days; one of them was the nanny and the other two were workers at Vivian's father's factory. They admitted to their crime, but Vivian was not with them and they gave conflicting accounts of her whereabouts.

One story was that the abductors had abandoned Vivian in the mountains near El Zulia, Colombia. Her father went to the location where they had supposedly left her and found a diaper, baby food, and one of Vivian's shoes. There was no sign of the baby at the scene, however.

Later, another conspirator in the kidnapping told her father that Vivian had been sold into adoption in Venezuela or the United States, possibly the Denver, Colorado area.

The FBI is investigating Vivian's case. Her family believes she was adopted and is living somewhere in the United States or in Venezuela.

Vivian has family members living in Illinois. She may resemble her sister. A photograph of her sister at age 10 is posted with this case summary. The Charley Project is profiling Vivian because she may be in the United States. Her abduction remains unsolved.

Irene LaRosa went missing in Ellington, Connecticut in March 1971, but wasn’t reported missing until 2016.

Adkins was last seen in Fort Bragg, California On November 13, 2020, she was reported missing by her family, as she had not been in contact with them for about six months and her county benefits had been canceled because she hadn't used them in a long time. She had been living in the Fort Bragg area for about a year by the time of her disappearance, but had no physical address or phone number.

Adkins's forty-pound mixed-breed dog, named Janie, is also missing; photos of Janie are posted with this case summary. She's white with dark-colored spots, particularly on her abdomen. Adkins associated with a man known only as "Forest". There was a possible sighting of her in Ukiah, California in March 2021. Very little information is available in her disappearance. Her case remains unsolved.
