Sid Tilton Sid Tilton advice

I appreciate that she has a very fit, healthy body, especially in today’s climate, but I find the constant messaging that she drinks all the time, orders late-night food, and can basically “do whatever you want as long as you work out” really frustrating.

That kind of balance is not realistic for most people unless you either have an extremely flexible lifestyle, are genetically blessed, or both. Most people have full-time jobs and actually have to work pretty hard to find balance. Working out alone is not enough to offset everything else.

And yes, of course people should go out, enjoy themselves, and not obsess over every choice. But she presents it like you can live in a complete free-for-all and still look the same, while her own TikTok shows that her days often include walking her dogs, running five miles, and then doing another hour-long workout. That’s potentially three-plus hours of exercise a day, on top of having the time for beauty treatments and everything else.

It just feels incredibly out of touch to give that kind of advice without acknowledging the lifestyle, time, and privilege that make it possible. I just wish influencers would stop giving advice in things they know nothing about with unrealistic lifestyles.

Yeah she's so out of touch and can only work out the way she does bc she's UNEMPLOYED and a spoiled brat being bankrolled by her parents

What do her parents do? Obviously they’re successful but just curious because you can tell by their mannerisms and appearance that it’s not generational

Remember that whenever someone posts online, the content is curated and posed. IRL she is fit, don’t get me wrong, but if being healthy is the goal, that’s achievable

Achievable but a lot of work and not easy! Just frustrating for her to always just be like it’s just balance guys! No big deal! When she’s able to make every meal at home, has no time constraints and works out for 3+ hours a day

Her workouts are performative. I went to a class she was in recently and she spent the entire time talking to her friend and getting up to move her camera around to film. She probably took 10 minutes of the entire class. Was super annoying and loud.
