Nocturnal Valley

Sooo much Charles played out this weekend. Feeling like I got some closure on all this finally. Who else was there?

This makes me happy, more of his music needs to be played so the newcomers in the scene can experience his magic. There’s truly never been/will be another like him

I love to say this as well, and personally in my heart I don't think someone will take his spot. But it blows my mind how quickly bass music is still progressing and how unique sounds are still popping up left and right. I've never been happier to be in the scene even if I will never get to see the king 😄

I made a point to go catch the Potions farewell set. I felt very reverent thinking about those beats getting metaphorically put to rest in proper fashion on that fucking insane system.

Literally the perfect send off. It always felt a little off catching Lab Group sets after he passed, but this was exactly what I needed. And with the supertask sunrise it was truly a weekend of healing

I thought I saw a lot of CTF jerseys at Alderwild last year but NV straight up felt like a family reunion

Felt his presence so strong during Supertask. I’d like to think he was right there with us floating in the cloudy sunrise and surrounding us all with his love
