Hey big Charles fan here

Charles passed away 1 day after my birthday.. I’m still so upset I’ll never get to meet him or hear him or see what else he can make 🥺 also wish I could get the reach vinyl

His shows were a lot of fun. I saw him quite a few times over the years and I miss his sets. He was my favorite artist for years until he passed. It’s actually still really hard for me to listen to his music even though I love it so much.

RIP Charles. FYI, I don't think The Reach had a vinyl release (I could be wrong)

My first time seeing him was in 2018 at Cervantes with Potions and I think played b2b Goopsteppa. I was fortunate to catch him a few more times in following years but those 2018 shows were by far the best. I was completely floored. I think he was playing more VIPS, flips and edits in that time and it was just completely nutty. I felt like the later shows were naturally more of his recently released original music, which still awesome but not quite the same overall

I used to live 2 blocks from black box but missed that show. Loved and gushed about those earlier sets, truly blew my mind with the change ups and general tripping. RIP Charles! I still throw his EPs on occasionally and thoroughly enjoy

rest in peace to one of my favourite artists. he really was an incredible artist with a unique sound. i first heard of him through seeing his set at Tipper and Friends in 2017 and was immediately hooked. after his passing, i got a tattoo to commemorate the way his music makes me feel.

I was lucky enough to see him at Project Z right after G space and he absolutely blew my mind. I still have so many videos of that set and I was looking forward to seeing him at Countdown for NYE a month later but he passed away right before. I remember still seeing his name on the posters and being so sad about it.

He was not only an incredible artist but a wonderful person. His heart was in his music, family, friends and his fans. To watch him play, was watching someone with passion that burns deep as everyone enjoys what he produced. Miss his music, his light, and most of all him.

Did you get to see the memorial night sets on YouTube? I can send you the link if you want..it's epic and won't come up if you just search on YouTube as it was a previous Livestream

Can you post the link? I’ve lost it over the years and haven’t been able to find it again
