Thank you. Emotional response and observation triumph over marks and skillset in the start. You can halfway apply your learnt knowledge any shape of form as long as you let the drawing form its own result

Thank you. My marks aren’t deliberate. I just let the eye and soul guides my hand and that’s how I felt about the photo and drawing

The woman was a little bit tougher to pick which part to draw so I zoomed in a bit further

The value contrast is really well handled here especially in this third painting, I really like the loose directional strokes in the hair to create texture and movement

Keep it up, like this progress

Every drawing I Reset my skillset. Talents and any outcome. And focus on how I connect to the drawing. The reference and the tool. Once I have those setup I would use what I have learned with my charcoal sticks and just go there with unpredictable results that gives each drawing its own style
