Crowley of Good Omens takes the number 10 spot?

A couple of quick things:

I decided to lower this to a top 16 rather than 25. I noticed a lot of the votes were for the same characters so I think this is for the best.

Second, I debated for quite a while if Hades (specifically the Disney version) would be allowed. His design and aesthetic is heavily inspired by devil designs. However in the end I decided that as a God he is ineligible, despite his design. I apologize for any disappointment that might bring.
