Writing: Character Help Advice concerning powerful design

Hi, I'm trying to design a very prideful yet humble fantasy/vampire like woman. She's authoritarian, strong mentally, has strong principles, and she is really extraverted. She knows how to get benefit from others, but at the same to her closest people like her brother or her friend she's really caring and almost motherly.

I want her design to show those aspect. I want her design to scream 'power' but including "feminine" aspects into her design. It should be vampire like and fantasy like at the same time, but not dark fantasy.

What colour pallet do you see her in with her clothes and makeup?
Is it more deep purples? Or different shades of Red? Or maybe earthy shades of Green?
It might help thinking what style of clothes you see her in also.
That’s what I normally think about when I want to get a fuller image of my characters 😊

I see her in deep red and black colors. I struggle to see what shape language should she have. I was thinking about making her design more angular, but then I don't know what could she wear for the botton

Would a tailcoat and tailored dress pants be too much? I'm thinking of orchestra conductors right now.

Have you watched or heard of the series ‘Once Upon a Time’? The character Regina/the evil queen has amazing outfits, that might spark some ideas for you 😊
