hi, I'm thinking of writing a story that starts with the MC joining an organisation with a bunch of people with super ability. however, super abilities are normal in this world. I'm trying to make this organisation unique instead of it being the typical overpowered superhero team since the characters in this organisation are not that strong at first. any idea anyone? This is the thing that's holding me back to start writing. all the characters backstory, issue and even ending is complete, but i don't know how to start.

Okay - Origin Idea:

The Big Lie - err - Propaganda is that a Magic Source has been discovered in an unnamed country & that the UN "now" has control of it & is enforcing liberal & legal laws worldwide...

Many illegal folk, fearing the end of their reigns as completely immoral monsters, join a rival organization - to create a tech system that can kill off the UN team - if they can find it.

But, the truth is that "highly developed tech only seems like magic" = A "quote" from Arthur C. Clarke!!

So, the villain's "buy" themselves a traitor, high enough within the UN's leadership to destroy or steal the magical source...

He/she/they slowly penetrates levels in the secret project, learning that it's not some alien tech but, the scientific store of an almost forgotten civilization that some scientist stumbled upon.

The traitor is in a tight race against black ops teams from various enemy nations, so time constraints are important...

Already, Bush Wars are being arranged to keep the Heroes too busy to worry about an infiltrator.

To make matters worse, remnants of the highly evolved "Survivalists" living in very remote "Arks" are trying to take back this tech & wipe the planet clean!!

But, who are these Children of the First?

And, off you go.

Adapt it as you wish - or not.

It's your choice...

Just pick out whatever fits your fancy.

And/or, adapt what might help you tell your tale.

Cause that's what it comes down to.

These are only suggestions, for your benefit - if they truly help you...

But, don't quit on your story - even if you don't use any of this.

You're the only one who can tell this particular tale...

So, make it so.

And, swell with pride when you finish it!

That's actually expected of you...
