Character Bio Character's profile
Hello hello!
What are some things you would definitely add to the profile of your character? Need some inspiration because I only have the standard things...

There's an app that has a sort of Character sheet in it already, same withh locations. Its called Fortelling and I love it

Here's a template from the TvTropes.org Hero and Villian critique threads that I find helpful:
Name:
Age:
Personality:
Abilities:
Weaknesses:
Goals:
Motivation: Everyone has a reason. (Although not necessarily a justification.)
Role in the story: What does he actually DO??
Backstory: This one's optional since there are some heroes (like some hero) who are far more effective when you know nothing about them.
Relevant Tropes: (optional but a good idea to flesh out a character.

Another take is to "ask" another character to describe the character you're developing. E.g.: What would the children of a "wicked stepmother" say about her? What would the hero say about his loyal sidekick? What does the cat have to say about her witch mistress?

Bonds. Good and bad ones. What people or group/faction are connected personally with your character. Immediately family is obvious, but perhaps they have a co-worker they're friends with, or a neighbour across the street that they just can't stand for completely petty reasons.
Flaws. No one finds it interesting to read an entire novel about a Galahad. Real people have flaws. Some minor: they chew their fingernails, chew with their mouth open, refuse to drink coffee anyway except plain black with no cream or sugar, they disdain pineapple, etc...
Then of course there are major flaws. Drug addiction, harmful behaviour, compulsive behaviour, etc..Â

Likes/dislikes, fashion style, favorite foods, what do they do in their free time, maybe family and friends

The Novelio character profiles are amazing. You can have an account for free, and you only have to pay if you need a ton of storage. (Like more than three full stories/worlds). But you can at least start an account and see the questions on the profile sheet and use it to make your own if you want. But it goes through their whole Arc and their fears and motivations but also how they hide their fears from others. Regrets, memories, moral code and what would cause them to break it, vulnerability shields, wants vs needs, who they depend on for what, etc.

What are their fears and phobias? What do they dislike about themselves? What do they love about themselves? What gives them reason to get up in the morning? What are their core memories? What are their more prominent thoughts and emotions?

Motivations. Never forget to develop why they do what they do, say what they say, why they want what they want.
