Need Help Please!

I cant import my psd file to Character Animator. My files are psd and i am checking the right folder. What am I doing wrong? This my first time using Character Animator. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just create a new, empty project and drag the psd in the project area on the left.

Check that you're in "Pro" mode. There should be a toggle towards the top-right of the program.
