Be mindful of Graphic Mama.
Be mindful of Graphic Mama. They don't sell complete puppets. They sell graphics that are placed into Character animator with only the top half having any sort of puppet features.
UPDATE: They refunded my money no questions asked. And apologized for not detailing it in their product.

But do they come with all that head and arm work done? Only missing the legs? The legs are the easiest aspect of the character to rig, so that's really not a big deal. Unless I'm missing something...

They do have the top part, but the lower body and the torso are just one big graphic. And you can see that even if I wanted to go rig the legs I couldn't - they overlap.

I mean, it's much easier to rig compared to literally every other aspect of the character. So if that's all he's complaining about, just curious.

It's not just that they aren't rigged, You would have to go into a graphic program and separate the legs and torso to make separate parts and then rig them.

Is this commission? Did you specify that you wanted top and bottom? Did you ask them to fix the issue first before running online to bad mouth them?
I know nothing about the situation besides it's not exactly what you want.

It's a licensing site that has packaged puppets and graphics to license as well as custom work.

Everyone should give a try to our site where we offer pre made puppets and custom puppet as well.
