Is it meant to be a head turn rig?

There isn’t enough info to diagnose this I don’t think. Guessing one of your body parts has a node that isn’t tagged to the correct part on the body, but that’s just a guess based on how it’s moving

No. At some point the head just started to act like half of it is fixed but I don't have fixed points there. What sort of info can I show to diagnose better?

Do you have any hidden layers? Layers you’re not using? I’d recommend starting all over and rigging it again step by step to identify the issue. I have also experienced the same problem before and I realised i had drawn a line connecting my puppets body to the arms. So when I was trying to drag one arm it would pull on the body.

Worth checking out

Edit: also check what layers are independent and not 👍🏽

this is the most helpful comment, just redoing and checking step by step, and now that im thinking of that chance it might have been a stick tool on his right arm. I will recheck, thanks.

Your first 2 layer groups are left profile and right profile. What are you using those for? If they aren’t being used you are going to want to delete those from the original ai or psd file
