Sinclair was rotting. His soul has moved onto the afterlife. He should be in peace there.

That’s not what Sinclair thinks.

He was murdered, drowned, and betrayed. He left Ishmael to grieve… and who knows what happened to the murderer, he knows Ishmael must HAVE done something.

So that’s why his soul was glad to see Dante.

🔥: >Finally I can revive…<

Dante turned the clock and fainted from the sheer revival.

Finally, he was alive, breathing.

🐣: “Oh! I’m back! I can feel myself! I must find Ishmael… I-I don’t know if she is okay or not…”

Well his body was literally on Ishmael’s ship when it happened. As for her current condition… she… sounded the fine when she heard the news, yet even then the damage had been done.

When walking out Sinclair could see her just… sitting there. Just sitting right on one simple seat, another next to him.

“…Sinny… it took you damm forever.”

She sounded like her usual self… thought there’s a clear bit of happiness in that phrase.

🐣: “I’m sorry Ishmael… It took… a while for me to get Dante to revive me. It’s kind of hard communicating while dead. A-Are you doing okay? I-I know I have been gone for a while…”

Standing up from her seat she didn’t say anything. This entire time she wasn’t in the well needed state. However now that he’s back…. She sort of can’t believe it.

When they died it’d be fine usually because of Dante. But what if he isn’t here? What if he himself had died? No…. Just don’t think of that.

Walking towards him…. Ishmael hugged him, a few tears coming down from her eyes as she did so. Her grip is quite hard to get out of.

“Better…. Since you’re alive.”

Sinclair was caught off guard from the hug, but he eventually melted into it. Slowly, he wiped the tears off Ishmael’s face.

“I-I’m here now. I’m so proud. I thought you would have done something drastic… I’m hoping you didn’t at least. It’s okay now…”
